Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

Shipping

Due to the handmade nature of our items, they may take up to 1 week to arrive within the UK, and 2 weeks internationally (items sent via special delivery service with may require a signature). If you get in contact with an urgent order, we can usually fulfil within a few days. 

Returns

We recognise that sometimes things go wrong or items aren't suitable. We're sorry to hear if you do have any issues, but we'd like to resolve everything as best we can for you. Please see our exchange and returns process below. Items must be returned unworn within packaging and in the same condition as purchased within 14 days of date received. 

To start a return 

1. Please contact lynn@oolo.london to discuss the issue. We like to resolve everything so hope we can come to the most satisfying solution! 
2. Please return your item via post or in-store at 8 Fyfield Road, London, E17 3RG
3. Please deliver to us within 14 days of date received, unworn and in original packaging
4. Once we receive your item, we will send an exchange or issue a refund (please let us know if you need it back urgently and we will do our best to accommodate) 

A note on handmade nature of items

Please note, due to the handmade nature of our items, pieces will vary slightly in shape and size from images and dimensions shown online. This means that you always know you’re receiving an original. However, if it doesn’t fit, please get in touch and we can discuss an exchange or resize (on some occasions, a fee may be attached to resizing).  

Custom orders

If you would like to discuss a custom order or turning something you own into something new, please get in contact at lynn@oolo.london. However, please be aware that refunds are not issued on custom orders.
