Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship to the UK, EU and most of the world.
As our pieces are handmade, please allow 1 working week for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
UK shipping should take 1-2 days from dispatch. International shipping should take between 3-10 days depending on region.
You can pick up from our studio usually within 2-4 days from East London.
If you have an urgent order, we can usually accommodate. Get in contact at lynn@oolo.london.
Do Oolo pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. All Oolo jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faults caused by how a piece was made or assembled.
The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by improper care or use.
What is Oolo jewellery made from?
Oolo works with:
- recycled sterling silver
- recycled 9ct gold
- 14ct filled gold
- recycled bronze
- recycled brass
We work with gems from reputable dealers, secondhand gems and lab grown gems.
We choose materials from ethical sources for their character as much as their durability, materials that can be shaped, textured and allowed to change through wear.
