Delivery
Due to the handmade nature of our items, they may take up to 1 working week to arrive within the UK, and 2 working weeks internationally. If you get in contact with an urgent order, we can usually fulfil within a few days.
Returns

Please contact lynn@oolo.london to discuss the issue. We like to resolve everything so hope we can come to the most satisfying solution.

Please return your item via post or in person at 8 Fyfield Road, London, E17 3RG

Please deliver to us within 14 days of date received, unworn and in original packaging

Once we receive your item, we will send an exchange or issue a refund.
Handmade variances
Handmade pieces will vary slightly in shape and size from images and dimensions shown online. This means that you always know you’re receiving an original. However, if it doesn’t fit, please get in touch and we can discuss an exchange or resize (on some occasions, a fee may be attached to resizing).
Custom orders
Refunds are not issued on custom orders, unless there is a fault with your piece.
