REPAIRS & WARRANTY

At Oolo, we believe in conserving rather than replacing. Our jewellery is made to be worn, lived in and kept for a long time. When a piece needs some care, we want to help bring it back to life.

2-YEAR WARRANTY
All Oolo jewellery is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faults caused by how a piece was made or assembled. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss or damage caused by improper care.

REPAIRS & RESTORATION
We offer a repair and restoration service for Oolo jewellery, from polishing and refinishing to restoring texture, reshaping and repairing where possible. Some marks and changes naturally become part of a piece’s story, while others can be refreshed.

The process
Send us a photograph of your piece along with a description of what you’d like repaired or restored. We’ll assess it and let you know what’s possible, the cost and an estimated turnaround time. Once you’re happy to go ahead, you can send the piece to us and we’ll carefully restore it, keeping the original materials and character wherever possible.
